I am going to do a few things to streamline this process.

1. cut and pack ahead of time to have inventory of different sizes
2. go live with a website. will be nothing fancy but will get the job done.
3. I want to include shipping in orders to ship out faster and not wait for labels.

Please share with me how much you paid for shipping. The more people that will share their numbers the more it will help me. My plan is to just calculate the average shipping cost for different weights and destinations and add it to the purchase price.

dbgolf72 honestly it would be pretty easy to setup a website through square space that could figure the shipping for you. I've done it for my small business and works well. Not sure who's creating the website but it's fairly cheap and easy through them
