  • DIY Indoor Putting Green Cup Suggestions

I am making my own putting green and have the mat and "grass" but need advice on what to use for the cups. I do not want to build a platform for the proper depth of a regulation cup. I have a 1" foam under and the carpet is extremely thin. I am thinking about just purchasing the birdie ball cups to use but was looking to see if anyone else had some suggestions. Thanks!

What's under the foam? If it's concrete, you can look at coring bits.

Any thoughts on a portable one or two?

I use this one in the garage.

Believe its narrower than a regular cup and helps if your always burning the edges.

If you are anywhere near a Lego Land the lids from the "Pick a brick" cup are the exact diameter of a cup and are not very deep. It's what I used. Here is a link to just an image of what it looks like.

Haha that is awesome! I might have to make a trip there with my kids just for that!
