I like their setup, but can fabricate one much cheaper on my own. I am still in the very beginning stages of setting mine up, but I will use this as a great example. Good luck!
I bought their set-up and just got my simulator up and running last week. I think it is a great option if you don't feel like sourcing all of the components yourself. You can definitely build something cheaper yourself, but if you factor in the time value of money, I think it is pretty reasonable. I bought the same dimensions that you are looking at. You need to buy the conduit and cut it to the correct length. All told for me and a buddy, including a trip to the hardware store, it took about 3 hours to have it assembled and ready for use. I think their screen material looks great (HD upgrade). No complaints here.
I have the 9 x 12 superbay. The HD screen is a must. The only think I wish was if the screen had the gold circles all around it. I had to get clamps to make the screen almost wrinkle free. They have great support...before and after the sale. You can also buy putting grade green carpet from them if you wish to cover the floor. They where half the price of another place - same carpet.
I have the Superbay 9x12 as well and I have had zero issues with it. Quick and easy to setup. I didn't have the issues with it myself, the weight of the screen itself keeps the wrinkles out for me. I actually had it at 8.5' height and just recently replaced all the vertical EMT tubing to make it 10' tall.

I had no issues. I just used the standard 10' EMT tubing. That basically puts the screen an inch above the bottom which works fine for me because I have an slightly elevated hitting area. That being said, the netting behind the screen still reaches all the way to the floor with about 6 inches extra. I like this better because the weight of the screen alone keeps it wrinkle-free.
I think if my enclosure was taller and the sceen hanged with room on bottom i might have less wrinkles. However, I have about 1/2 screen touching bottom. with the clamps the screen is good.
MicroBay is almost fully setup, just missing the side panels. Ended up 116" tall, 12ft width, so the screen doesn't hit the floor. I did blade one earlier , went under the screen and hit the cinder blocks behind screen and created a wild ricochet scene. So I'll have to put some mats behind the screen. The floor is also from all sports systems. It's the 2x2 interlocking tiles 14'x14'.
