720 vs 1080 Benq

I have a Benq 770 short throw projector. I like to do an upgrade to my sim setup once a year. This year I was thinking about upgrading to a Benq 1085 short throw projector. My screen is a HQ screen from Par2Pro. My sim software is TGC with a GC2.

Will see a noticeable difference switching to a 1080p projector.

Note: I think my graphics card will be fine...if not I don't mind upgrading it.

I think I recall reading from someone who upgraded a projector to 1080 that was using Protee and noted that it was a big difference in quality.

I would suggest upgrading if you can.

Would definitely help the image quality. Be sure you increase your desktop and in-game resolution to 1920x1080 to actually take advantage of the 1080p projector.

Look at this link. 1080 vs 720 is night and day different. 2 million pixels vs. 900,000.
