Closing my business, 4 ProTee simulators for sale

I have 4 ProTee simulators for sale. I'm asking $7000 for the entire package. What you would get are:

• ProTee main & putting sensors + 2 launch angle cameras
• ProTee lighting & the track lighting system I used
• the simulation computer with all software already installed (ProTee Play, TGC, & ProTee Interface) + mouse, keyboard, & monitor
• 16' x 9.5' impact screen from Par2Pro with netting & the ProTee base pack 2 screen
• BenQ 1080ST projector with ceiling mount

Basically I'm offering everything you need for the simulator to work. You would need to provide your own enclosure and flooring or hitting mat. I'd prefer to sell everything together as a package deal, but I'm open to offers if you just want the sensors or another piece of the simulators.

I also have a copy of E6 Golf 1.5 available with Course Pack 2 and the Pebble Beach Resort Pack for $1000. I only have 1 hardware dongle for this so I only have 1 available.

looks like you had a decent setup. Would you mind tell us what you charged for say two to play 18 or was it based on time?

I started off charging $40 per hour, at the end I was charging $30 per hour. Just couldn't get enough people to come in and golf. I'm kind of thinking it would've been better to just post pricing in 15 minute increments and charge $10 for 15 min. Makes the price look lower, but it's still $40 an hour.

Sorry that it didn't work out for you Richard. Indoor golf sims are a tough business.

Great looking space. As a sim business owner myself I can attest to the difficulties. I think yearly memberships are the way to go with a space that allows the member to have access when needed. Helps with employee costs, but if you have to rent that is still very difficult to make it a go as a stand-alone business.

I am Interested in what amounts to the base pack plus horizontal camera.

So: TGC and ProTee software, hitting sensor, both cameras, track lighting.

Also would be willing to discuss the computer as well. It's a need for me but I've priced one out new at this time.
