  • More Mevo+ Shipping Delays

    Ordered mine from Rain Or Shine Golf on 2/17 and was expected to ship late March. Received an e-mail this morning saying Flighscope has pushed all of their time frames out another month and I should expect mine to ship out late April. So from order date to expected shipping date is roughly 8 weeks.

    Anyone else seeing this? Hopefully all re-sellers are sending the same messages.

    I just ordered a Mevo +, the delay is 8 weeks in France 😢

      I just spoke with FS and my order from 3/4 will not be delivered until early or mid May. The S. Africa plant is closed through end of April.

        Ordered mine 2/18. They probably haven't shipped a single Mevo+ in weeks unfortunately

      To confirm above - I spoke to someone at Flightscope today and they basically said....If there isn't any further extensions to the SA lockdown, then they will begin shipping weekly starting the first week of May., which will imply an additional 2-3 delay from the latest shipping days provided to customers.

      I ordered Feb 24, with shipping dates extended to April 10-17, and now with 2-3 weeks it would be early May...

        Thanks Virtualadam .

        Just curious, has anyone received the above referenced e-mail from the CEO? I've seen some chatter about one being sent out the past two weeks but I haven't seen one. I don't think it would shed light on any new developments, but would be nice to see they are focused on getting these out as fast as possible.

          I received an e-mail today around 2:00pm EDT:

          Dear Valued FlightScope Customer,

          With the Covid-19 pandemic affecting every single one of us around the world, including our businesses, we want to update you regarding your Mevo+ order. Last week South Africa ordered an additional two-week lockdown which pushes production and shipment resumption out until at least May 4, 2020.

            No real details provided, just the standard follow-up...

            “We will continue to update you as best we can with estimated shipping and delivery dates as more information comes in. Please be assured that your Mevo+ shipment and delivery will be dispatched in the order it was received.”

            I just emailed Rain Or Shine Golf and this was their response (I ordered from them on 2/17):

            “I hope that this email finds you well. The FlightScope Mevo+ is scheduled to be back in stock mid-May. You are at the top of our fulfillment queue based on the time you ordered so as soon as inventory arrives we will get your order shipped out the same day.

              I’ve had an email confirming production is starting again on Friday (May 1st) so should be on track for an end of May delivery. I guess it might depend where you are in the queue with the reseller you purchased from

                My recommendation- contact Flightscope. I had a live chat on their site a few days ago. They confirmed limited production and testing (which is a step up) starting back up tomorrow. I ordered 3 weeks ago and my estimated ship date is July 6, with a chance of improvement.

                They did have some stock almost ready to ship, so a few orders will be fulfilled soon.

                  I chatted with FlightScope and the good news is the S. Africa production is back up today. However, my launch monitor will now be delivered on 6/15/2020. Original delivery was 4/28. Bummed but understand.

                    I just got off a chat with Flightscope and was told "Maybe Late June". Ordered mine 3/12. Last week they had told me May 15th. Very Frustrated with the dates jumping so much.

                      Woww....that is brutal man! So sorry to hear that. Hopefully it will jump back to an earlier date. If I'm in their shoes, I would under-promise and over-deliver by giving later-than-expected dates. I was told the May 15th date as well so I'm going to send them a chat and see if I can get some updates for those of that ordered closer to mid-Feb.

                      I chatted them yesterday and they provided no updates. In fact, this chat rep for RoSG said he couldn’t pinpoint a date they would receive their shipment so it would appear that the 5/15 date wasn’t as firm as we had hoped.

                    I know ... the thing that sucks too is I ordered through FS and they already took my $2k. So, sucks we have to wait over 3 months for a product. I wish they didn’t charge until product was shipped.

                    I ordered directly from the site and about 3 minutes after it processed my order I realized it was a 14 week lead time and not 6....(it wasn't clearly differentiated between the Mevo and the Mevo+) I'm not shirking responsibility, it was my fault, but it could've been highlighted better before completing the transaction. In any event, I immediately called them to cancel the order as a 14 week wait just wouldn't work (and frankly didn't see why this would be a big deal since it's in such high demand). Fortunately, they said they'd take care of it and cancel the transaction. Two weeks later, they won't respond to my emails and my credit card is still charged. I don't want to have to elevate this to my credit card company, but it's getting ridiculous.

                      I charged them back 123€ for difference in price when I ordered and a week later. The price had dropped 123€ so I contacted them and they gave a refund. The refund took like 2 weeks tho but still got it. They're just that busy

                    I have had similar issues I just sent this to them,

                    I originally ordered a Mevo+ on February 24 when the expected wait was suppose to be 3 weeks. There were numerous delays for reasons no one could have predicted so I called on 7 weeks later on April 13 to inquire since I had fully paid for the product and had yet to receive it. I was offered to leave a deposit of half the cost and receive the other half the money back until the product shipped. I said that would be fine. Eight days later I still had not received the refund, I called again on April 21 to follow up, I was told it could take 1-2 weeks to process. I waited until a little over 2 weeks and still no refund so I made another follow up call April 30. At this time I just wanted to cancel my order because my experience has been not so good. I documented the conversation, it was with Mac at 9:40am, I asked him to send an email confirmation of the cancellation. It is now May 5, I have no email confirmation of cancellation of my order and no refund. At this point if I don’t receive a refund by Friday May 8 I will be submitting a complaint to my credit card company to reverse the charges. I have acted on good faith to resolve this issue, the inactivity on your side has been the issue.

                      Wow! That is terrible. Now I'm getting somewhat nervous but I'm with you, last resort is to file a compliant with the credit card company.
