Fsx Play?

I have seen a couple of videos about new FSX Play software being in the works. Has anyone heard anything about when they are expecting to release this? Looks like it would be a nice upgrade to fsx2020.

Yeah, disappointing to be paying, but I did it. I just hope they use the funds to make sure it performs better than previous versions and hopefully at Par or better than the rest! We'll see...just waiting for my license code.

A little disappointing considering the rumors of free upgrade were floating around..but hey we knew this is foresight. I’ve got 40+ courses of 2020, but still play the others more..tgc and that other unity engine software that just came out. Really only use fsx range anymore..
guess if they have a 1/2 off sale
I might get it to upgrade the courses. It’s hard to believe upgrading courses will be free either!

how do i do this? it already says activated on la jolla pines on fsx2020 but on fsx play it says not activated

Seems like some have to deactivate the course in 2020 and then activate in Play.

If you haven't tried yet...just try to go in and play it in Play.;

Is this supposed to be a finished image of Pebble Beach? Look at all the tree overhang and how it compares to the overhead view. I'm excited about the new Unity Engine but if the effort isn't being put into converting the courses over I'm in no hurry to pay for the upgrade.

Do I install FSX play just like an update to FSX 2020?

Anyone that purchased FSX Play and received your license key. Were you able to get your software to activate. Mine kept giving me and error. I did talk to foresight and they are looking into it.

Hmm - Sold Out - I see from other posts that La Jolla is included "Free" Not much of an incentive if you already own La Jolla which is I believe a premium course ...... This isn't making much sense to me at all ........

Agree. I just bought la Jolla 1 month ago for fsx 2020. I’m curious if they have a solution for this.

I already own La Jolla too but I'm going to try to get them to give me another course, maybe elgin cc. I'll let you know if they let me.

Maybe you could ask about getting a discount for the price you paid for La Jolla. Though I’d think they’d be more inclined to just substitute a course.

I'm a fan of Foresight and have always liked FSX(I go back all the way to FR1). That said the idea of free course that I already purchased previuosly and still waiting on a activation code a day later seem less than ideal. I would have hoped for a more thoughtful launch for a new version of the software. Maybe they will comp those of us who already own La Jolla a different FSX Play course?

Here’s a quick video from my first time messing around on FSX Play. Course is Minot CC. This is lowest graphics setting as my graphics card is crap, impossible to upgrade currently.

Still waiting too. I sent an email to support and got a reply with .... we are working thru high volume and hope to get this to you as soon as possible.... Didn't I read they only offered 100 licenses yesterday?

Yep. 100 licenses. Things must not be going as planned. Hope to play it before the pga boys are done this weekend.
