While I appreciate the concept of 'boost' - honestly - the correct way to do this is to have multiple tees and while I've said it before - I'll say it again:

The #1 feature missing from the simulator is the ability to have multiple tees for different players in the group. Even two sets of tees would be a huge improvement.

I would personally not use boost - because it'd reduce the value of the simulator in teaching the children which clubs to use when playing on a real course. 10 year old children and even 7 year old would likely understand that they are getting that boost - but what about the 5 year old golfers? What about the 3 year old? I start teaching children at 3 and would be willing to take them on course as young as 5 - and in my opinion having boost for young children would be a detriment to learning about different clubs.

Impossible for this course - but are there any layouts that could be made to play from 4300-4600 yards? I've got 3rd, 4th, 5th & 6th graders coming regularly - many take golf lessons and are pretty good, but they play with drives going between 150 and 180, so I'd like to find a course that suit them and not be all par 3 holes.

I made a nice challenging course for your grade schoolers using Biggens Shakespeare course. It plays around 4300 yards, I think they will love it . Named it.......... Hobokengolf's awesome course for 3rd-6th graders.

Magnolia Nation Par 3 - Protee by TheClv24 just published.

TheClv24 who also did the main Magnolia course was nice enough to send us the file just in time for the masters. I always wanted to see what the Par 3 course looked like as I don't think there has been much camera coverage of it.

The Clv does great work, I assume you did not have to shorten the tees on this one . On another note, and speaking of real courses...... Just got word from TGC Tours that Whistling Straits received their coveted Five star rating. Whistling Straits now joins Magnolia National, Pinehurst and Pine Valley as the only 4 "real" courses with 5 star ratings. TheClv24 and I are tied at 2 each. This will change when he releases his Merion course I am sure. I am going to take a break from designing for a while, next up is Beth Page Black (I think).

I did not touch - Hole lengths are from 78 yards up to about 145 or so. Greens are pretty fast but I think is part of the charm here.

Reebdoog was kind enough to toss me his new US Open contest course Elmview Golf Club. I had to tweak it quite a bit to make it playable on the sim but it is a gorgeous course . Published as Elmview Golf club Protee by Reebdoog.

We will soon have Hazeltine and TGC Sawgrass from Ace1. He uses PS4 so I bribed him with some jerky and he also said he will do some of his other courses for us. I played Hazeltine and its awesome even with the long holes. He did tell me that the greens on Sawgrass will be tricky as they are the Sunday pins from the Tiger Woods game. And he did not sound willing to change them.
