  • Shot Export File Formatting Changed - Columns Removed

This is for the Protee folks.

I have just noticed that the export file content has changed again. While I appreciate the new fields added (these new fields will be helpful), you have also removed fields that I found useful.

Both Course Name and Yards to Pin were removed from the exported file. This information is useful for analytical purposes, and I would like to see them added back into the file.

What is the possibility of having them added back into the exported content? Adding them to the end of the row might help for the web page display. I really don't care what order they're in, just that they are present.

I would appreciate your thoughts and support.

    Thanks,
    Doug

What tab did you see the changes? I usually only download the recorded tour shots and all the columns are the same. I looked at the All Shots tab (first time I've looked at that data) and see that there are columns for club speed, face and path. Are those the new columns you mentioned? maybe for integration of R-Motion into TGC.

For my purpose, I was using the "All Shots" tab export option. I see now that each tab has a different format. The "Recorded Shots (Non Tour)" has the format I was used to.

For what I need, if there was a file with all columns of data included, I'd accept that for import. However, having a file that maintains the integrity of a schema and includes all data would be best.

We added the course name and ytp field to the all shots tab and shortened the date/time field.

First I want to say how happy I am to find and enable the shot record feature as I was not aware of it. Is there any reason the "All Shot Data" doesn't include the surface type like the tour shot data does or is there a way to get it included? Being new to simulator golf I think that data would help me dial in my yardages. Until I complete my proper simulator build I can’t swing a driver so I won’t be participating in the tournaments for the time being. Thanks!
