Each player must set the wind to OFF and gimmies to 2 yards in the settings/game play screen.

Please see appropriate threads on how to get TGC setup for online play. Practice rounds online with another player is encouraged.

Penalties:
Rough and fairway sand are about 1 club. Heavy rough is about 2 clubs. Green side bunkers are about 50%. Ignore all displayed lie penalties in the game.

GSX penalty settings:
Set all penalties sliders to default of zero.

ProTee Interface penalty settings:
Set green bunker to 40 and all other penalties to zero.

Yeah I feel bad for Cart....aka Moe Norman... aka Iron Byron.

I've compared my golf game to Cart's.

He drives the ball further and much straighter.
His 3 wood goes just as far as my driver.
His iron play is stellar compared to mine.
Chipping he has a slight edge.
He putts better than me.

Other than that.... I think I got him.

At least I'm better looking than him.....
