    TGC 2019 SPRING TOUR - Valero Texas Open

    TOUR CHALLENGE
    2 rounds at Whistling Straits ProTee Fescue Blue
    Valero-texas-open

    RULES
    Gimme : within 2 yards / 1.8 meters
    Handicap : Not required
    Wind: OFF
    Green Grid : ON
    Club Suggestion is ENABLED.
    Boost: OFF (+/-5% max on club settings)

    Valero Texas Open runs from TODAY - April 7.

    Purse: $9,000,000

    HOW TO PLAY
    From the main menu select PLAY -> PLAY TOURNAMENT -> ALL TOURNAMENTS -> SET FILTER TO PUBLIC COMPETITIONS

    You can play by yourself, offline with friends or ghost players or online.

      mthunt - I do believe you run these tours, so I wanted to let you know that (even though I am not showing up on the leaderboard) I need to disqualify my rounds for this tournament. I upgraded to a better computer for 2019 but I completed the first round on my old computer. I played my second round tonight, and when I started I realized I did not have gimmies turned on. After turning them on, I realized I had them set up wrong as whenever I hit a green it gave me one or two strokes and moved to the next hole. I thought I had fixed it, but I was still having to putt from 4 feet.

      Upon finishing my second round, I looked at the settings again and think I screwed up as I had it to "Distance". I saw when I selected "Gimmie" it said to use this feature to give gimmies on putts of 6 feet or less.

      I don't think my rounds registered even though the game says I have completed both rounds, but with the holes in the second round where I didn't even putt, that just isn't right. Please delete those rounds. Thanks!

              Somehow my shot recording turned off. I did upgrade to 2019, but I played a round of the WGC after the upgrade and it recorded. Would that have affected the TGC 1 shot recording setup? I'm rechecking my setup.

                Never mind. Somehow in the settings file the shot recording went from on to off. I have switched it back to on. I will monitor to see if it holds. Looks like I'm SOL for this week.

              Everything was going so good then i hit it on a rock and the ball kept going into the water. it wouldnt let me drop anywhere other than on the rock ... had to concede the hole and take a 10!
