Points and price money in TGCTour

I would like to know why after the 15th position for each tournament the points are the same for all (20) and the same happens for the money.
My question is the following: it would be better to give the point for the tour ranking until the 30th position and not to the next positions, and moreover the 30th position would have to receive less money and point than the 20th.
The actual method for me is not correct. What are u thinking about that??

I noticed the players that did not complete both rounds for the tournament received points. I am pretty new to all this so there are things I am probably ignorant of.
