Turning on Shot Recording is now part of the rules. Please check your data to make sure that shot recording is working properly. We have had a tour member report phantom putts. At times, an additional putt was added exactly 4 seconds after the first putt. ProTee is looking into the issue. Being that shot recording was only tested by a few, we are bound to discover a few new bugs. I have looked at data from many players over the last couple of days. For the most part Shot recording is working excellent. When checking your data, look for extra shots, missing shots, and that the appropriate fields are being populated. Please help ProTee out and check your data after every round. When reporting issues to ProTee it is helpful to have the shot number and whether it was tour or non tour. It is also helpful to record your round.... this way if you have an issue it is easier to put two and two together. Please remember that rewinds and the use of Autorewind are not permitted during tournament rounds with the exception of an obvious misread by the simulator. Those misreads are usually easy to identify when looking at the data. Sometimes you will see a 0 degree LA or a shot 20 degrees to the left or right. My favorite one is when my system picks up my club head. It will show a driver shot with 28 degrees LA.

Under User Settings - Country - I have selected Canada. Not sure why this isn't picking up. -

Wyzyguy - Yes, made the change to the Settings file. Was already in the middle of the round when I made the change, so will test again this week to check if it's working. Thx for your help on that.
ProTee United - Thanks for solving the flag issue and for also getting my Profile to show up under the Tour Player listing. Looking forward to hacking my way up the leaderboard!

I have turned the shot recording to on in the text file thingy, is it correct to change my name to my nickname that I use on tour? ( which I've done) . Played a round, clicked on my name in simulator tours, no shot recording as yet 😕Comment

Wondering if I'm doing something wrong as well ProTee United, I pasted my user ID into the forum here, changed my flag to USA and made sure my usernames are the same on here and in the software. I played the Q school Bethpage tourney but my shots are not showing up as recorded and I'm not in the tourney player list? My round and name is listed under the tournament page though with my scores and scorecard...

Does anyone know why carry distance is not one of the metrics reported out on the shot data? Having access to the shot data is great(it really is amazing), but carry distance is the one I'm most interested in and I don't believe it's available. It would be really helpful when analyzing my swing. Will it be added in a future release? Thanks!Comment

Having a little trouble getting my shot recording on. The TGC interface for SkyTrak has a Username and a Nickname which can be different...although I've never noticed the nickname showing up anywhere. Should I be putting my username in the forum settings?Comment
