How do I join the Tour

Sorry for the newbie question, but I have been reading the different threads on how to join the Tour and I can't seem to figure this part out.

Under the sticky thread TGC Tour Rules and Guidelines there is a section called

Tour Account
Before playing a tour you must create a tour account on http://myonlinegolftour.com . We strongly suggest to keep your tour account name, screen name and forum name the same.

Every time I click on the link, it takes me to the Golf Simulator Tours page, I click on join the tour tab and it takes me right back to the Golf Simulator Forum page.

What am I missing?

Thanks for the help and Im looking forward to Q school and joining the tour!

I'm still confused how to join. When I go to this link and then go to the link to create a tour account, it just takes me back to the forums. Do you still have to create a tour account to join a tour? When I look for the xmas tour within TGC, nothing shows up. I am able to find the Hero World Challenge though within the tournaments section.

How do I change my name in TGC to the same as my forum name?

I to am a little confused on what needs to be done to set up an account? If I'm a forum member is that the account?

You need to enter tournament then change it to public. Don't enter tour.
