    Ok guys,

    Seem to be having to many issues with my Protee.

    I wonder if a clean install will fix any problems with shots that I do not agree with.... If I do a new install do I need info from ProTee to re-install?

    Basically having issues with "hit driver in the center of the screen and the ball goes a totally different direction",
    "Hitting a 6 iron off the deck 275 when the best I can get my driver to register is 265", "screen is 10 ft from sensor and when putting I barely make it to the screen and it says I have hit it 20ft".
    There was a swing speed on one shot that registered at 170mph???

    These are just a couple of things from today. Very frustrating.

    Doesn't sound like a software problem, more like a set-up issue.

    There is a thing called Protee Customer support... They'll fix it.

      Check your light setup, check the sensors (debug screen) and check the camera configuration.

        ProTee: I had some more activity than normal last night on the Protee System and noticed a number of mishits that should not be happening. More while I was personally hitting rather than friends. I would hit a driver in the middle of the impact screen and the result on the software would be either a pop up or direct left or right hit. I turned off any ambient light and it didnt seem to correct the problem. This was also occurring with a 7 iron. It was not as bad with the 7 iron, but mostly it would be the launch angle. Hitting a number of 7 irons I could see launch angles of 30+ degree when my typical launch angle is more in the 12 degree range. I have two systems set up and they are having similar issues. They are not at my home so I perhaps should have a remote in session and see if my setup is correct? I am available basically 9-5 EST. Thanks.

        before I contact support, I am speculating that it could be because of the PC on the 2nd simulator. I hope to be upgrading that PC over boxing day sales and if it continues with that setup I will contact support to rectify.

        I will continue to monitor the 1st simulator setup to see if it is acting up. At the moment today it seems to be preforming as anticipated.
