  • License Key from The Golf Club

    I purchased the simulation software for the Golf Club and filled out the information to obtain the license key. Four day's later and emails to ProTee I still do not have the license key to utilize the software. I also called Amsterdam, headquarters, with no response but left a message. Anyone else have issues with ProTee and obtaining the License? If so how did you get it resolved?

    Have you just been messaging on this forum, or did you email them at the support@protee-united.com? Because the email would be better for this..

      In general, one of the advantages of going with TGC is their great support. I would check your SPAM and I bet they will respond to this thread.

          Google might think these keys are some sort of secret language to sell insurance policies. Until they reveal their algorithms we will never know ;-)

        All sunday license requests were sent on sunday. Send an email to support. You will get an automated reply with a support ticket number.

          Thanks to everyone for their response. I sent a support ticket in and within minutes was communicating with someone regarding the issue. Come to find out user error....ME..... they helped me right away and now I look forward to getting online and playing some great golf..... AWESOME response and customer service by PROTEE. Thanks again

          Yep.... just few days ago I was switching TGC to a different PC... they helped me through it with prompt support.

          Spending big money on software can bE scary but when good support backs up the investment makes you feel as though it was well worth the price.
