  • Installing 3.10d

I went to replace the Protee Interface with version 3.10d. When I hit install it says there is a error and could not create file C?. Since I chose to replace the file now I have no Interface on the desktop? Any help appreciated.

I'm new to this forum and don't know where to ask this question - I don't see how to post a new topic... I've owned a protee in my house for about 4 years and recently every pushed shot with every club (I'm a right-hander) shows the swing path as out-to-in ten degrees, and the resulting path of the ball goes wildly right, as if the swing were really out-to-in 10. In reality, my swing is usually in-to-out one to three degrees. If the ball is hit straight or pulled, the swing path will show as normal in to out. I have cleaned and vacuumed the sensors, and trimmed excess fiber from the edges of the hitting mat so the sensors get a clear look at the club, all to no avail. Has anyone experienced this? Thanks in advance.

Go to forums, Protee General questions and select New Topic and start a new question. There are a lot of Protee users on this site that can help you. Personally I changed to the GC2 and will never look back, simple and awesome.

Check the sensors to find out if they are all working correctly: https://csc.protee-united.com/hc/en-...ng-the-sensors

Thanks for the suggestion but all the sensors appear to be working. Any other suggestions?
