There are some deals at Walmart and target on the 16gig air2. Will 16 gig be big enough or should we go with the 64gig version?

If your just using it for SkyTrak 16GB will be more than enough. If you're planning on putting all your music and photos on the iPad then you should look at the 64/128GB versions.

Don't let that determine what size iPad you buy. They won't be getting sim software until after they have PC compatibility.

Agreed. Unless you are already invested in itunes and carrying your media around. I would also just get the smallest one. Then again, if you are getting an ipad, maybe you want to make use of it for something aside from SkyTrak so that you can feel like it is more worth the cost. hehe.

I agree, think about what else you might use the iPad for as that should determine the storage size that you need to go with.

I can't imagine that if they get to simulation that it would be done on an ipad anyway, would it? I think it would have to be pc based.

Also, i think microcenter is having some sales on these as well.
