The customers here are actually making calls trying to acquire information and obviously aren't getting anywhere. It appears you have back channels which makes it easier for yourself, but it's not the case for everyone. I would think that YOU would of figured that out by now.

    I have and I emailed them this morning and let them know that they are getting lit up on the forums for this lack of info. I know that as we speak they are looking into why tracking numbers have not been sent out, hoopefully this gets solved quick.

    • Based on several posts here regarding SkyGolf and its online chatting representatives, Apparently, there is a big communication gap between SkyGolf and SkyTrak (or Seth). SkyGolf people don't seem to have needed knowledge, update or training about 'SkyTrak'. They simply provide poor customer service.

        The thing that bothers me about that is the after the sale support, I hope that there are people in place to answer questions once we all do get our units.

          I agree... Tons of questions and suggestions... Probably we need to figure out ourselves by communicating in this forum, which must be faster and more efficient. I simply cannot rely on the chatting box in the dark.

                    I have UPS My Choice so I would see if they shipped anything to me even if they did not actually send me a tracking number, but I haven't seen anything yet, so I can assume that they have not shipped my order. I placed mine on October 18th at 9am according to the timestamp at SkyGolf order.

                      • Is there a contact number to call to check on your order? Post it here so that everyone can call them.......we have a pretty pissed bunch here, judging from the lack of follow-up and incompetence of their chat line representatives.

                          I wanted to follow up on the call you made this morning about your order for SkyTrak. We apologize for any confusion caused today. I believe you may have had some contact from our partner company and their developer Mr Seth Frack. He is away this week so I am sorry I am not able to follow up directly with him on this communication.

                          Here is the current situation. We are waiting the final approval of the SkyTrak app VS1.6 from Apple. We expect that approval imminently however without the app approval your Skytrak will not work correctly. With IOS8 launch nearly every app developer has had to resubmit there apps and that has caused much delay in the approval process.

                          Your order is ready and waiting to be shipped and as soon as we get notification from Apple we will ship it to you overnight.

                          I am leaving the office this afternoon but you may reach me via email if I can be of any further assistance

                            • Really, now they are held hostage by apple. This doesn't make sense if other people are showing tracking numbers for their devices. What about the app that was just recently updated and released? I guess when you put all your eggs in one basket at launch, this is what you get. IMO, pc should have been first. I have to believe more people have a pc than an ipad, let alone an ipad air as they recommend.
