You won't b able to get XSwing to work. It's not worth it anyway.

This is a 2 week old ball. Used in a batch of 24 that I shag. Probably 3 sessions of 100 balls a day:

I have cracked quite a few golf balls over the past few years. 3 since I have had the sky track. I can hear that the ball is cracked right away, and the distance drops 20-30 yards. The ball flight usually looks normal for the most part minus the reduced distance.

Yes I have, fantastic service and really quick delivery as it ships from Quebec. Jancor is the official distributor for Canada. jancor.ca. They convert the price to Cdn funds, it's a little more than the USA cost however the shipping cost is really cheap and there will be no customs charges. They also honored the $300.00 facebook promotion but that was back when the unit first came out, they still might. This unit is awesome and highly addictive !

Direct from Jancor, seamless transaction. No option to add the challenge package but it can be added online if you wish at a later date.

                • Has anyone tried to figure out where the cutoff is on v1.8 with the distance issue for the mid irons? It seems my hybrids and woods are about right and maybe 8 iron and below are ok. Definitely too much carry on 5,6, and 7 irons though.

It is not simply a cutoff. My observation tells it is co-related with back spin and ball speed. Within 70mph -125mph of ball speed (as far as I observed), if your back spin is 6000ish rpm, your carry distance is about 3% longer. See the data below which I got from MikeZ. When the back spin goes lower, the excessive carry distance goes higher. . If you followed my previous posts, you could understand better.

I bet that your back spin for your 9iron (and below) is more than 7000 rpm (at least 6500 rpm) and your 5 to 7 irons produce a lot less than 7000rpm.

                    • Home made leveling base

                      Hi guys...
I have tried to get the leveling base (installation kit) from SkyTrak Japan, but it was impossible, so with some friend's help we built this base which is working more that perfect.

                      • Great job. I was thinking of doing this as well with plastic of some sort. Then you can put in bolts of various length depending upon the height of mats you may be hitting off of.

Nice. I bought one of these at Lowes for the top of the device and have just used a carpenter shim to level it.

Has it been determined it is absolutely necessary to level the SkyTrak unit in order for it to be accurate? Wouldn't it be nice to actually have SkyTrak chime in on this?

Did you attach the SkyTrak to the leveling plate with screws on the bottom or just set it on the plate. Looks perfect, I need to make something similar but want to have a little bit bigger footprint on the bottom of the bolts for carpet.

                              Hi DougieMn,
The SkyTrak unit is just set it on the plate...not attached with screws

                          • Has anyone had issues with hybrids and fairway woods picking up shots? Seems like if I hit a low shot it just doesn't read the shot.

Also it would be nice for the practice range to have a green complex where you could chip from behind a bunker or onto a green that responds like a green with spin. If you could move anywhere you wanted to chip from that would be sweet
