That seems pretty clear. Some things are out of your control. The upside is life has never been better for protee and gc2 owners.

Ugh, $4800 for the skytrak with E6 software included? Time to move on.

Can't go wrong with GC2 with Protee!

I think a GC2 with protee would be amazing but it's double my budget (More actually).

I literally have no choice but the Optishot. It sucks that there is no product that exists between a GC2 and an optishot. That was the hope for the skytrak.

Yeah I hear you, it's expensive. I think some people have had good success with the optishot, p3p (or whatever). Maybe you can find a used Protee?

So stupid question, this means no integration of the Skytrak with Protee? It will be exclusive to E6 correct?

I'm afraid so. I really wanted it to go our way but ...

                      Zmax,

                      Fill us in more:
Ugh, $4800 for the skytrak with E6 software included?
Is that $4,800 for everything I will need to play ProTee/TGC including the ProTee software sim/sdk version correct?

So, how much just for the SkyTrak? It might be a good way to get started... pick up the SkyTrak and start working with it at the range, until I've got the $ saved up for the software/sim?

That's still much cheaper than a GC2 or ProTee Base Pack 2. I'll give the SkyTrak serious consideration when I'm putting together the portable sim for my business. I'm planning on going with a GC2 right now.

Brett, no ProTee/TGC at this point.

I've heard $1500 for just the SkyTrak.

I have every intention of buy the standalone SkyTrak. I've got a buddy that does software development so assuming the SkyTrak isn't on total lockdown I'd give him a decent chance of getting it to connect with the ProTee sim through the open SDK. I will gladly share everything I find but it will likely take a few weeks after release of the SkyTrak to get it going.

Zmax, we need more than the tease...are you referring to a different launch monitor?
