My side by side comparison ended up with similar results with the exception of driver. Noticeable ball speed discrepancies begin to show up around 150mph. I play a 17 degree fairway wood (4 wood) that I max out around 148 and it reads this club accurately. I have no issues with my entire bag until I get to my driver. My average ball speed with my driver with a controlled aggressive swing is in the mid to high 150s, occasionally hitting one on the screws that will go over 160. The highest I’ve ever been able to get the SkyTrak to read is 156 and that was a swing out of my shoes and hit it on the screws swing.
In your testing you used an 8 iron and your average ball speed was around 100mph. Based off of this I suspect your driver ball speed would be about 140 which keeps you below the 150 threshold and you shouldn’t have any problem with shortages throughout your whole bag.
