A really bad shot last night that hit the metal protective case 😟. Unfortunately I did not have the SkyTrak screwed into the metal case. The ball hit one of the tiny metal flanges and bent it which then hit the SkyTrak protective film (see pics). The SkyTrak fell out of the case and turned off. I was able to power back on and connect it to TGC2019 and it registered one shot, but then nothing. I tried multiple times rebooting laptop, resetting SkyTrak, reconnecting with USB and Network mode and no shots will register in either TGC2019 or SkyTrak. I did bend back the tiny flange of the metal case thinking it was interfering with the shot, but no luck. SkyTrak support was closed and chat support told me to call on Monday. Unit is less than 30 days old. Also feel like the integrity of the metal case at the spot where it bent may be questionable now. Any suggestions or will I likely need to send back to SkyTrak for repair? Will this be covered under the 30 day warranty? Yes, it was a horrible shot and fully expect to get heckled, but really looking for some advice. Thanks!

I would imagine it’s going back for repairs
Sounds like something was damaged internally and that one last shot sent a signal that activated something that was shorted out by the strike damage
just a guess
even if you manage to reset it and get it going with such a new unit , id send it in for a checkup just in case
