I've been a SkyTrak owner for well over a year and have been a follower of this forum for about that long as well. Thanks for all the questions and answers. Unfortunately, since the last release, I've been having some issues that I've never experienced and wondered if anyone had any suggestions.
1. Can't get the SkyTrak to connect in Network mode. I've tried resetting the SkyTrak, reloading the app on my iPad Pro, resetting my router, taking the SkyTrak near the router. I've never needed an extender in the past as I've got a very good router that more than covers my house and yard. I can get it to connect in Direct mode but when I go to move to network mode and do a search for available networks, mine don't even pop up, regardless of how close I am to the router. I don't have this problem with any other wireless devices in my home. Any thoughts?
2. Reseting the Skytrak doesn't appear to work. The instructions say to depress the button at the bottom of the unit and hold until all 3 light turn amber. Unfortunately, the lights never turn amber.
3. I've had very few misreads but it does appear that the yardage is off on the low side. I've seen a decrease in distance on most mid and long irons.
Can anyone provide guidance on the first item? That's probably the most important one as I worry about data loss and am unable to setup new users.
As it relates to the new users, if I want to add my son, is he going to require his own package? Or will he be able to leverage my package when he's using the SkyTrak?
