My mat sucks and I am blaming the bad numbers on that and rust from not playing in a month. These are from a 5 hybrid

Do these numbers look correct?

Correct compared to what?
If your mat is the problem, then you should be feeling or hearing the bad (usually fat) contact with the mat. Although, with a 5H, you should be picking it fairly clean without much divot.
Here are PGA and LPGA tour average numbers from Trackman... I find them helpful for personal comparisons. (Unfortunately, as a 6'3" 215 lb male, I'm too often closer to LPGA numbers than PGA numbers.)

I feel like the launch angle is lower than what I viewed this past season outdoors and the distance is off. I can hit the 5 hybrid 175-200 outdoors. But my back has been sore and I am rusty. I do tend to hit down on the ball which is much different mat vs. grass

I bought "Optimal Flight" spreadsheets which showed nearly exact same distances for carry, given the ball speed, launch angle and ball spins from SkyTrak. So, the only question in my mind is whether or not the SkyTrak accurately measures the ball speed, since my ball flight shapes do match real life.

Would there be a difference hitting in a room that is 75 f vs 40 f in temperature?
