Do you think I will have an issues with running TGC or E6? What about quality of the graphics on a impact screen?

Should work great. Projection quality depends on your projector and projection screen. This will never be the same quality as you see in home theaters, because that type of screen material will not work with 150 mph shots. Impact screens will always have some sort of "open" structure. The GTX 970 should have no issue cloning 1080p to a monitor and projector.
