Bama Gambler Golf Club - my sim project

I've had a net return plus skytrak for about 6 months. I decide to start small to make sure I would actually hit balls at home. I love it! Time to upgrade. I'll post my progress in this thread.

Very nice, its like the calm before I storm, you can tell how nice and clean its probably gonna look based on that frame and grass. I can picture you just looking in there at night softly saying "soon.......soon" haha.

Lol. Yeah. I already took down my net return and I'm having simulator golf withdrawals. I have to get in at least 18 per day or I start shaking at night lol.

Shardak, it is an enclosure from Par2Pro. I told them how big my garage was and Preston designed the dimensions.

Yes. We love that car. It will be 2 years this September since we got. Best car we've ever had by a mile.

Seems like you're investing a lot of money into all of this. Why don't you upgrade to the GC2?

I might at some point but is there really much of an advantage over a Skytrak? If I added the HMT it would be helpful for game improvement but I'm not sure how a GC2 is better for simulator play.

I would say it's just seen as a more reliable setup. But the way I look at it is this - I'll play on skytrak for a couple years, as long as results remain good. Within another 2 years who's to say GC2s aren't cheaper or maybe ES16 is actually good? Or maybe
something else.

I only spent 1800$ on skytrak I can sell that and buy the next thing. My opinion at least.

Not really I guess... I've seen videos that compare the two and didn't see much difference. My problem is that if something is more expensive, it has to be better somehow haha. Not really funny since that theory has caused me to waste money on certain items over the years
