Can't you disable it? For instance, I noticed in the GQSX interface, there is a checkbox for "club". Assuming that means club data.

From the previous posts, it can be disabled, and it reduces the delay. I want to see how it performs with the lower delay. I have used TGC with my GC2 and the delay is significant. I now have a GCQ and am considering TGC2019, but the delay is one of my concerns. Since getting FSX2020 I really appreciate the low delay but the graphics aren’t great and paying for courses isn’t either. I’m considering paying the $2500 for E6, but if TGC2019 performs comparably, the upgrade cost is much lower, albeit with some risk of not working.Originally posted by johnnybogey View Post

but let me ask. Why even want club data while playing TGC2019? In the post shot screen where it shows the shot data, would that info come from the Quad club data? Or is that still TGC’s algorithm?
When watching live streams of guys playing with GC2, I notice they have this little window on the screen which I assume is the interface which shows shot data (including club data) but don’t see that on the quad interface.

For me, I use TGC for sim play and the shot delay is completely unnoticeable.
I do select club data on GQSX, but that’s just a habit as I don’t believe it’s displaying on the shot data screen on TGC (seems like its inferred from the ball data and club selection).
I saw above that there might be another option to select in TGC to display club from the Quad, but if it causes a delay then I wouldn’t bother with it. All the club data is right there on the Quad screen.

The delay is almost nothing but if club data is on it’s 2 seconds, maybe 3. It’s horrible and it just gives you the data that is on the screen of the quad.

When you start fsx do you actually connect to the quad? If so is it connected via WiFi like the connection to gsx and tgc?

PC will often auto connect to Quad wifi on startup, otherwise manually. Then just startup FSX.
TGC simply requires a few extra mouse clicks.
-
I get TGC working by starting ProTee first (Be sure that external data is selected in settings), then GQSX (In GQSX I will hit the connect button and wait until all three turn green). I then start FSX2020 (I immediately minimize it without doing anything once it loads), I then start TGC 2019 and everything works for me!

Its working if FSX runs first. Will that change with a new firmware? I don't know.Originally posted by Bal194 View PostJust bought a gc quad. Want to make sure that tgc 19 works with gqsx can someone confirm it works before I buy the program? My Courses:

I originally bought my version of TGC 2019 for my skytrak. I am currently selling the skytrak and bought a GCQ. Is there going to be much to do besides download the GQSX file? Not sure if there is anything else I'll need to do as I'm using the same gaming computer to run the GCQ and TGC 2019 is already installed on there.
Any feedback would be greatly appreciated, please feel free to message me directly if preferred.

This is pretty interesting. I was "this" close to buying a GC2 today, (I even have the invoice from Foresight). I like the GCQuad better, but want to play TGC with my friends. This has me completely second guessing. With this, any reason I shouldn't upgrade to the GCQuad? Any input is appreciated.
