It would be nice to get some input from the board, especially on the handicap system since it seems to be the last thing to resolve right now.

It seems as if they have been pretty silent on these changes for the last week or so. Being the heart and soul of this league it would be nice if they gave their ideas, suggestions or overall thoughts on what we are doing here....

When streaming ealrier at those low settings had an upload rate of 51kbps according to the figure in the bottom right of the OBS software and still managed to stream and upload this video

Ok now that the draft is finalize the Board will review it.... Until the Board has finalized the draft all current procedures and Guidelines are in place... The Handicap topic will be mentioned in the Boards outcome..

I'm not trying to be an ass, but can you or someone else shed some light on why the board has by and large remained silent regarding this? You have made a couple posts that have led us to believe you approve of where we are going, but other board members have pretty much remained silent. To my knowledge no board member has really offered any input or made any suggestions here either.

Just confused on where the board stands here. Would have been nice to have more communication and work on this together as a team instead of the "us versus them" mentality,

I've commented multiple times regarding my feelings on distance settings, putting, handicap. I even posted videos of me testing out said settings. Not sure if you're referring to a particular topic you'd like comment on, but I've definitely not been "silent".

Would just be nice to know the boards opinion on the piece before it is submitted for approval. Like I said previously in an ideal world we all would have worked on this together.

Me lol. Need to update video thread with recording paragraph and just change the link on the op to new video thread and that's it I think. I assume from catmans post handicap paragraphs will be edited by ya selves at time of approval

Very Good stuff and great work by all, the Board will look at the Proposed outline and discuss it in detail, I will be trying to up a Google Hangout Discussion so we can talk about it in real time without going back and forth with Post.. As we go through it, if there is any modifications made it will be bulleted on a separate write up on what and why it was modified.. The board will take the time necessary to make sure the Final Guidelines are complete and hopefully before start of 2nd Season...

It been great working with John Meyer, Mike80 and Buckeye who have been very helpful and key on putting this together.. and a special thanks for all the outside players who are not even part of our League that also contributed with their knowledge and expertise. The League is indebted to all who have work hard and made sacrifices and contributions..

As CatMan said, this is good stuff and and it is recognized that a lot of good work has gone intomit. With the draft guidelines now in its final (or close to it) form, the board will review it and make any necessary comments, suggestions and edits.

As a board member, I made the decision early on to not comment. I did not (and still don't) want to bias anyone with my personal views. I will review the draft guidelines with Optishot Tour's best interest in mind.
