  • What about 3D printed tees?

I did a quick search and didn't see anyone mention it. Anybody try it? I'm going to try it with flexible TPU filament(waiting for the printer to be delivered). Here is a GIF of model I built in Blender: Click image for larger version Name:	tee.gif Views:	0 Size:	392.4 KB ID:	305833
The slicer says it will cost 9 cents to print.

I use these, they work great. Cut to desired length.

I have printed a few different types with TPU and they just break apart. Has anyone had any luck with TPU and if so what are your print settings?

I think FDM with Nylon or PETG offers the best balance. These materials are stronger and more rigid than TPU, making them ideal for withstanding the force of a golf swing. Nylon adds slight flexibility to prevent snapping, while PETG is impact-resistant and easier to print than Nylon. TPU is too soft and flexible, which may cause the tee to bend or not stay upright during use.
