Finally a wedge-fest! Funnily enough, I struggled at times on this sub 6000y course, but it was just too hard not to hit a few wedges close to get ahead overall.

I have played in the last 3 tournaments. In the FedEx St Jude my score was 92 and 98. The US Open 101, 97 and 101. The Travelers 95 and 94. My Handicap is still listed as -36. My TGC Program calculates my handicap at ~20. Should this handicap be the same as the Tour handicap? How many rounds are required for a Tour handicap?

As an older player courses over 6000-yards are difficult. Has any thought been given to a senior tour with course lengths of between 5,000 to 6,000-yards.

I believe you need 5 rounds for a handicap, and handicaps are updated on Tuesdays. So check back tomorrow and you should have one that is around 25. The TGC program calculated one does not have anything to do with the tournament handicap and often gets way off. It takes into account the console game players who shoot ridiculously low scores when it calculates how difficult a course is.

Is shot recording enable? I don't see any shot listed from the events you mentioned. If it's not that will get you a -36 as well.

I had the same problem but like triplebogeys said, for me it was the shot recording. It isn't that difficult to do but you really need to follow the steps. Also, if you want to make sure your handicap is established before you play the summer tournaments, you can get your 5 rounds in through the two q-school events.

Just wondering, this will be my first tournament (just finished q-school) , if I end up having to stop playing for some reason am I able to come back online and pick up where I left off?

I wouldn’t guarantee you are able to pick up again. That being said I’ve done it three times and was able to each time. Basically you have to resume the competition. Don’t believe you can play another course and then start.

you can stop and pick up anytime. even if you play another course you just go back to the tournament by searchign for it and then it will serach for "game in progress" and just hit resume

Can i get a handicap adjustment please i went from 2.9 to -36 for some reason. I see my score on the scoreboard but as of yesterday my handicap is messed up.

Not sure why but it was off, added it for my 2nd round, scored the exact same, can we just apply my 2.9 to the 1st round or do I need to replay the tourney/1st round?

What ever spirit of a decent golfer that invaded me last week has left the building. Not horrible, but regular old me back hacking away this week. A few holes killed me, just like the real deal! Quirky little course, very tricky greens.

Did anyone, without boost, manage to drive 18 green? Got caught in the bunker right in front. I’m thinking the best way may be to take a little off a driver and hit the cart path to bounce it on.

Please cancel out my rounds. Was having read issues and took a bit of rewinds in round 1 and round 2 until I gave up on it.

Shot 2 under in my 2nd round. Swing was feeling very nice. Also shot a real-life personal best of 84 (+12) last week (after starting +7 on the first 2 holes).

Last time my swing felt this good, it lasted about 2 weeks and then went back to awful. Fingers crossed I can prolong it a bit this time.

Are tour scores still being validated? Hate seeing a top 3 medalist take so many rewinds and no putts.
