From the main menu select PLAY-> PLAY TOURNAMENT -> ALL TOURNAMENTS -> SET FILTER TO PUBLIC COMPETITIONS

You can play by yourself, offline with friends or ghost players or online.

When you go to play tournament, there is a filter at the top right. You have to filter by public competitions and then you will see it

Make sure you are selecting “play tournement” and not “play round” at a previous screen before you ever view the available courses. Then you select public competitions.

Dumb question but are you in TGC Sim or TGC? I don’t remember ever seeing 9000 tournaments. TGC Sim has nothing to do with Steam

That is a different game than the people on this forum are playing. People here hit a real golf ball into a screen and the ball continues on the screen. The steam version is a video game. The two are not the same.

First of all thank you for clarifying everything. I plan to buy SKytrak later. Once I have it I will see what I do since The Golf Club of the site you sent me (u$s 980) is very expensive for my budget. Thank you very much!

Hello!

I am brand new to the TGC scene.. so far this game rocks. I just want to make sure I am playing by the rules.

I have a quick question about shot recording.. I have my settings set to =ON through my TGC settings and my information is all entered into my forum user settings. Is there something that I am missing? I see a red X next to my name for SR on the leader board. I want make sure I can correct this before I play my second round tomorrow. Any advice will help!
