Just a tid bit about playing on this course or any other for that matter.
I was practicing on this weeks course which I would assume to be at sea level. (scrap that I think it's at 2400 feet or close to what it is here... anyway) Most all my irons were seeming to be short by almost a club. Was wondering if the GC2 updates were changing things or not. Started wondering if by any chance the courses would adjust carry for where they are located with respect to altitude. One course I have been testing on is the Brabazon course, so I quickly went to that course and hit the same irons and with the exact same ball speed and carry (showing on the GC2) those hits on the Brabazon course did carry a club further. Not sure what that course is at for altitude in real life.
So does anyone else find that some courses may adjust for altitude in how the ball carries from course to course or just random that some may have adjustments for carry.
Hi SFR,
I did notice that the sliders seemed to be impacted with the latest update. They had little to no effect till you got to around 25 I think. Try adjusting them and you will see.
