Any official word on when to expect TGC 2019 to be playable with Skytrak? Sounds like ProTee put the ball in Skytrak's court.

Well said - exactly how I feel -
I am going on the record as stating I know exactly when I will be getting my upgrade! Absolutely guaranteed it is tomorrow 03/29 at 12pm sharp. I know this because that is when I leave for the weekend on a small trip and will not be able to install and play it...……………so I will spend the whole weekend wishing I was back home playing TGC2019...…..……….lol.Comment

ProTee United I think part of the problem has been that of confirmation.
A number of users applied for the aplha and for the free upgrade (probably most from before 2018) who did not get the alpha, not only that there was no confirmation was received for either application.
There was a chance to purchase the upgrade at a discounted price which was to be made available until the release date which was not confirmed. The offer was taken down before the release date and no confirmation was made as to whether that offer would be made available,
Now this has all been shifted to Skytrak where, if you contact them they don't seem able to confirm anything.
A few days ago SkyTrak_Seth said he would look into it and there has been no confirmation about anything from his as well, which in itself is unusual, he's pretty good at getting back.
So what's left are a lot of people left sitting around wondering what's happening, while everyone else opens their gifts.Comment

I just finished playing my first hole on tgc2019...pebblebeach. The ball physics seem better and the graphics are very cool. This is perfect timing for me for the game to come out since I cannot play real golf this weekend. I want to say great job by protee support. I downloaded the game last night. Woke up this morning to install. Since I have a skytrak the actual install directions are a little different. I replyed to the email from protee telling me about the free upgrade in under 10 min later I had an answer. as a bonus the answer was a good one.
I then sent my machineID and in under 15 min had my new license.....great great great and thank you
Now one question..I played one hole and choose a ghost player but I never saw him swing. IN the old version I would shoot and then you would see the ghost player shoot. How do I turn this on in the new version?
for those with skytrak here is how the install differs. After the install do not click on the TGC simulator as in the video, but click on the icon you used to start the old game and choose setting. Deactive the license. Close the app. Open the app again and you have a new machineID...send that new machineID to protee via the link in the email.
Once you have the new License add it and you are done.Comment

SkyTrak_Seth Seth, Can you help some of us understand what the hold up is with integrating TGC2019 with ST? There are a lot of people that played the Alpha version on their ST's and there are a lot of people all ready playing the recently released version using their ST so there does not appear to be a hardware/software issue. Just wondering how/why it is so easy if it was purchased pre 2018 compared to the issues we seem to be having post 2018 purchase.Comment

So I got an email from ProTee with an activation code and links to download TGC 2019. Do I still need anything from SkyTrak / SkyPro?
Or do I only need a new license key from ProTee?
I was a TGC 2019 Alpha tester as well - do I need to fully uninstall that before I install TGC with the new links from the email?
For what it's worth, I bought the full TGC license in 2018 from SkyTrak directly (1st owner).Comment

That makes you double great. Pretty sure I saw another thread where they said your alpha testing license was good to go.. just install the latest software they linked you in the email so you are running 4.0.2. Do not uninstall what you already have and do not change the default install location. -

All set up. All I had to do was download and run the new installer / exe and I'm running v4.0.2 of TGC2019. Didn't need the Activation Code I was sent - I guess since I was an Alpha tester.

I have the the upgrade link and did the install, got the activation license everything is great except it did not bring my golfer over from the previous settings. It looks as if I have to start over which is fine if I have to, but want to make sure that is the case.

I am a person who purchased TCG license 2 days before 2018 (on 30th December 2017) .
I filled the from to get an upgrade to TGC 2019.
I see that persons that purchased TGC before 01.01.2018 have got emails with new licenses .
If I have not got email from ProTee or SkyTrak shall I assume that my upgrade form has been rejected?
Has someone received email with info that application for upgrade to TGC 2019 has been rejected?
I just want to know if my application to get TGC 2019 upgrade was rejected I will email with info sorry you can not get it.

I'm sorry, as of now, we have not received any update regarding that. Hence, I'm unable to confirm you about the exact release date.Comment

I find myself checking my email A LOT more than usual.😏 It's like staying awake to catch Santa but you might not sleep for days, or weeks (hopefully not weeks). Personally I'm glad skytrak is taking their time. It would be a lot worse if they released to early and had a lot of isues. I love my skytrak and will continue to wait to get that email.Comment

Ok played 6 holes absolutely loving it! great spin rates excellent physics bar far the best game ever. Then, I lost connection and now I get this error and cannot play any longer, anyone know WTF!!! this means I have tried everything and why did I play 6 holes it seemed to be fine then.Comment
