In case it helps, here's how I got my new TGC 2019 License Key today...

I searched gmail for my original email with license key and hit reply to ProTee customer support to see when I might receive my 2019 upgrade, and within about an hour, I received an email from Skytrak with a link to download my free upgrade (BTW I purchased the original TGC in 3/24/18). Coincidence, I don't think so I hope it helps!

Excited to be downloading. Their server must be swamped though as my 300 mbs Internet is crawling. I thought it was going ok as the bottom green bar filled ok but I didn’t realize at first that was just for file 1 of x then it starts again.

Looks like the download is front loaded. I'm on item 4 of 16 and the top green bar is almost half filled.

Will we be able to run TGC to play tournaments after installing TGC2019? Seems like the instructions require to deactivate the original TGC license.

The new license will allow play on both TGC1 and TGC2019

Never mind! I see I can launch both from the same interface now. Sweet!!

Anyone seen this error when opening the TGC Interface? "The TGC game cannot be found. Please check the directory in license.Status.xml." I can't get the TGC game initiated, I get this error and it boots me out. ST is working fine, just can't get the TGC2019 up and running. Of course ProTee is hard to get a hold of. I installed both the ST and TGC on my solid state drive, not the C: I can't imagine it has anything to do with that?

Sounds like you didn't install on the default path.

No I didn't. I uninstalled and reinstalled using the default path. Now it works. Problem now is that I'm getting that ProTee SDK not connected or started error. This crap is frustrating.

How's your internet speed? I read another member having a file corrupted in the download.

Internet speed is fine. I guess I will have to wait to hear back from protee regarding corrupt files or whatever.

I upgraded to TGC 2019 and just played my first round. I have to say that I am very impressed with the improvements. It is totally worth the 400$.
