I'm just excited that the shipping date is finally arriving.

I am also excited. Actually, it is a perfect timing because the cold air is approaching Maryland. My winter practice will be fun with SkyTrak. A little off the topic, but I recently purchased SkyPro to analyze my swing shape. I love it. I think the ball flight numbers from SkyTrak and the swing data from SkyPro will make my indoor practice more fruitful.

The e-mail for the early promotion says to "act before Nov. 15" does that mean that in order to get the $500 discount one must purchase the skytrak the 14th or is the 15th still an option. Still on the fence and trying to get as much information on simulator software before making the decision even if they are just rumors. Thanks.

I went on SkyTrak chat and got this

"We have an estimated time to be shipped, Should be by the end of this month according to our team."

That is not good. Some people including me pre-ordered this in late Oct and we already waited more than 20 days. I wished they had started shipping products by order date.

the order page for syktrak still says ship by Nov 15th. However is also still says Pre Order. Usually when an item is ready for shipping it doesn't say preorder.
Although Skytrak did say the date would be pushed to the 17th since the 15th was on a Saturday.
As far as the chat room --- well they have been know to have outdated info so i would take that with a grain of salt, but some communication from Skytrak to those who ordered would be nice as you said above since some ordered in anticipation of a November 15th ship date.

Last year I email accusport to see if they had any new products coming out and that told me about this new launch monitor they were really excited about and gave me an ETA of Q4 2013. If you follow this thread there have been numerous missed ETAs. I work for a software company so I know its tough to get things out on schedule but this is getting to be a joke.

The thing I don't understand is that Skytrak has been available in Japan for a while now. I know that Skytrak want to have a successful launch in the US but how much work still needs to be done before launch ???

As a software developer myself, if your looking for a perfect, 100%, zero bug, app/software at launch you will never be ready for release...

Hmm, not sure if this actually means anything, but my order status went from "not shipped" to "complete" today... No tracking number or anything, but seems to be some movement. :P

I'm surprised I totally forgot to check order status!

Mine also says complete. It is a little bit comforting hehe.
