    TGC 2018/2019 WINTER TOUR - ProTee Christmas Invitational

    TOUR CHALLENGE
    2 rounds at The Walker Course Pro Tee

    TheWalkerCourse

    RULES
    Gimme : within 2 yards / 1.8 meters
    Handicap : Not required
    Wind: OFF
    Green Grid : ON
    Club Suggestion is ENABLED.
    Boost: OFF (+/-5% max on club settings)

    The ProTee Christmas Invitational runs from TODAY - December 16.

    Purse: $9,000,000

    HOW TO PLAY
    From the main menu select PLAY -> PLAY TOURNAMENT -> ALL TOURNAMENTS -> SET FILTER TO PUBLIC COMPETITIONS

    You can play by yourself, offline with friends or ghost players or online.

      ProTee United I've played a number of tournament rounds lately and no matter how I score, I get the message that my handicap hasn't changed. That doesn't seem right or possible. Am I doing something wrong?

        If you’re getting that message in TGC, it has nothing to do with this tour. It’s the TGC game handicap which is useless. It’s based on gameplay derived handicaps. You likely set it to a number and it won’t change until you reset it.

          Interesting. I thought I got that handicap from Q School last year. How do I reset it?

          The handicap shown in the actual game has nothing to do with the handicap on tour. The handicap on tour is shown next to your name on the leaderboard and it based on tour play only. I believe you have to play the entire tournament for your scores to effect your handicap. The handicap shown in TGC isn't used in the tour.

        Guys I’m on hole 7 right now and two miss reads(rewinds) just resetting my SkyTrak. Don’t like taking them but 2500 back spin or less on 60* wedges doesn’t work.

          🔥🏌🏼 I thought I was chasing Emanley, Bradford and DG's first round scores last night...turns out I was chasing their total scores. I may blow up for a big number tonight now that I know the truth.

            Gotta keep your foot on the gas these days! I was all over the place this week. I've been trying not to play both rounds at the same time but didn't know how much more skytrak time I'd get this week. I'm glad the winter tour has a lot of tourneys, looks like I may have a small hole to dig my way out of after all the scores start rolling in.

            I did not score super well on the first round. Just couldn't put it together, had a ball in the water, and had some weird mess-ups on my Skytrak...I love that thing but it gets flakey at times. I know the low scores are out there but I assume I would have to shoot 9 under or better and cross my fingers. I will play around 2pm Sunday EST.

            Done, but you need to change your TGC user ID on your forum profile. Open the TGC settings file and lookup the ID (xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxx). It's not your full name.

          ProTee United Don't suppose there is any chance of Wales being added as a country/flag? Scotland and Ireland have their own but I have to play under the Union Jack which does not actually include any representation for Wales. Not a biggy just thought I would ask

          wbond Thank you! Your ghost and I had an epic battle today. I played your ghost with turn order on and boy was it fun. Triple with the 72!!!

            Haha, had a couple frustrating holes, three putting and then i think i may have shanked a chip. Can't remember, I played this round and the first for next week back to back. If you want some fun, try my ghost on that one. Really good round there, every once in a while. Thought for certain i was going to get an ace on one of the par 3's.

            Thanks Sascha1818 getting harder and harder to win. So many great players. Daddio is the main reason. He's been whipping me into shape. Since playing with him live my game has really taken off.

              Great, maybe we will make it to Single digit soon. Would be great even though it will make it harder for me to compete on longer courses. Just don't have the drive. Everything else is fine but my driver could use some more yards.
