This course goes from pretty easy to pretty hard. Back nine is tight.

Not too long, no stupid tree placement or crazy green slopes. Overall a decent course.

Tough course but I really enjoyed it. Like shardak said some tight fairways on the back nine. Most of the greens are well protected too. On the tee boxes of 2 of the holes, can't remember which ones, the automatic aim doesn't aim at the fairway so be careful All in all 2 decent rounds for me.

I live in Louisville and have played here a few times. Looking forward to check out this course. So far for the summer tour I have played 18 first week, 9 holes last week...hoping to get all 36 here. Good luck everyone.

Is the open championship also underway this week? Don't see it posted, did I miss something?

I took a rewind on round 1, was literally walking past the ball and the shoot went off.

Happy with my play overall, anything under par feels like a big achievement. Feel like I've made another step forward in my game. Hope it sticks for the Open.

Question about rewinds: On shot #629 and #630 it looks like I took a rewind because it shows back to back tee shots. However, on the first one I hit it OB and then hit my 3rd from the tee. How can you distinguish the difference and compare the shots to the score? I have yet to take any rewinds at all.

You can pull up the players scorecard for that tournament at www.golfsimulatortours.com and then compare the score with the number of swings on that hole. Your score on that hole (#15 on the first round) was a 6. If your score was a 4, then it would indicate a rewind was taken.

You just have to manually work it out by looking at the recorded shots and the scorecard. If it's 3 off the tee the score when matched up with the recorded shot's will reflect that it wasn't a rewind. Not sure why stroke number can't be included on the shot recording page that would make it much easier.

I had the best round of my life going until I doubled 11 and 12. Then proceeded to have snowmen on 15 and 17, I probable should've taken a rewind on 17. One of my putts only registered to have done 2 yards when I hit it hard enough to cover the 21 feet.

I found this website where you can see the holes at Valhalla, pretty cool. http://www.valhallagolfclub.com/golf/course

I finished all 3 rounds of the open in one run today. Mentally tough especially with these greens. You have to hit the right spot.
