Any official word on when to expect TGC 2019 to be playable with Skytrak? Sounds like ProTee put the ball in Skytrak's court.

I agree but also we have to realize Skytrak is redistributing and is the point of contact when things arenāt 100%. I once read a fortune cookie that said āpatience is a virtueā. Just finished the nomad course, not one missed shot, shorter lag time, awesome spin rates actually stopped a 5 iron from 195 out. Really nice upgrade a world of difference from the last version, I have not tried all the options yet but I am really impressed.

I received my upgraded 2019 yesterday. I downloaded and installed last night and received my new key this morning. Once key was updated Skytrak connected to TGC2019 with no issues. Just a note I did not touch anything from the old tgc I been reading people are uninstalling there key and software. I found there is no reason to do so. All I did was open my email from protee and followed their instructions was fairly easy process.
I was able to test 2019 briefly this morning. I played 2 holes at Augusta and everything was silky smooth. In a few hours I am really going to test it, 1 thing I did notice is the ball does not seem to launch as high as the original. Maybe it just the camera angles which I will play with tonight.

I just received my registration info from Protee. ProTee United Are the Skytrak users that are getting Links from Protee all pre 2018 purchases? Itās now sounding like a couple 2018 purchasers have got links from Prote not from Sky Golf which is inconsistent with how it sounded before (it sounded like my upgrade was in Sky Golfs hands who appears to publicly still say that 2019 hasnāt even released).
I honestly donāt care about being a few days later than other people but the unknown is driving me nuts. I canāt tell if I was just a later batch (which is fine) or Iām at the mercy of whenever Sky Golf gets their act together. The former means itās probably a few more days but the latter could be weeks based on what I recall reading for people waiting on other platforms previously.

ProTee United I followed the instructions above. After deactivating the account in the TGC Skytrak interface application, I closed it but when I tried to restart the app to get the new machine id (step 5), i got an error message that āthe license is invalid or expiredā and the app would not start.
Any guidance on what I should do now?

did folks get an email confirmation when they submitted the 2019 upgrade request form? I filled it out a couple months back and thought the form was odd that there was no email confirmation after. wondering now if I fumbled something in the submission since people are getting their codes.

Agreed! The part I donāt get is if Skytrak isnāt coded to release the game, just allow Protee to do it. Itās apparent that Skytrak users have received updates directly from Protee and things work perfectly fine. Maybe Iām missing something. Just use the process thatās already in place thatās working!

i have finally resolved all issues with TGC2019... let me say firstly, ProTee United and everyone involved there are amazing people. i am pretty damn useless when it comes to computers, other than basic stuff. i could not for the life of me figure out what all these numbers i needed, activation codes etc mean and how to get them. after continual conversation through email which they were very prompt in replying, they said to give them my teamviewer log in and they will do it from start to finish. and thats exactly what they did. TGC & TGC2019 all working perfectly. i honestly cant thank them enough and anyone who is having some issues with it and skytrak like i was should hit them up... they have amazing customer support!

they really do. Many companies now want you fill out a survey and they all want 5 out of 5 or 10 out of 10. To me 5 out of 5 or 10 out of 10 you have to do more than meet basic expectations. For instance..I recently went out to dinner and what I think is an upscale restaurant. Here are some prices for you to decide..wedge salad nine dollars. 6oz glass of reisling 10 dollars. My meal and my dates was 30 and 40 each. So when I filled out the survey and gave them 4 out of 5 on most and 3 out of 5 on one the owner called me, which I think is great, and asked me why such low marks. Most of the reviews are 5 out 5. I expressed I thought the marks where fair...the food and service was good but not outstanding. He asked how could it have been outstanding...caught a little off guard I said...well outstanding would be not have to wait for valet to drop car off...not have to wait 10 min in the cold for the valet to get my car. Outstanding would be not to have to ask for more bread but be asked or just bring it. Also, outstanding would be to have enough butter for the bread you brought without me asking for it. Outstanding would be not to be seated so close to people I have to be careful not to hit their chair when I get up.
He said to call him next time I go to the restaurant which I also think is good of him. Protee to me over the last 3 years (that is how long I have TGC) is 5 out of 5.

I received my email for the upgrade, but I am having to upgrade to a new computer for things to run properly (computer arriving tomorrow). Like frankiepap39, I am not too computer savvy beyond the basic stuff. How are the steps going to differ for me? Just load all of the old stuff onto the new computer like the original start up, then go the upgrade email for TGC2019 and follow those steps? Just trying to find the easiest way to get this going without taking 2 steps back to go 1 forward by screwing something up. Nasdaqsam you will receive your upgrade from SkyTrak directly. Anyone who purchased TGC for SkyTrak AFTER 1/1/18 will receive his/her free upgrade details from SkyTrak directly when they release it (hopefully early next week when the communication/website/helpdesk is 100% ready to provide and support you).
The ones that we process directly are alpha users, pre-orders and upgrade requests from VERY active tour players (so not 1 or 2 events) and/or VERY active forum contributors using any hardware platform.
Most are sent out now, which was hard work. If you did not receive an email it means that you purchased before 1/1/18 and did not qualify as a VERY active tour player. Maybe you played the winter tour, but nothing in the spring or summer or you just played a couple of events.
If you purchased AFTER 1/1/18 - don't worry- you will receive an email from either ProTee or another manufacturer like SkyTrak or reseller like Par2Pro very soon...

Thank you Protee. My question was more of was anyone receiving them yet. My bigger concern was/is ST has an update coming real soon also which I am looking forward to also just thinking how difficult it will be for them to handle two roll outs at once. Now knowing you guys are getting ahead of the curve it is comforting they may be able to do two at once or with in day since we can rely on your people to assist. Regards
